Deeksha is a strategy, policy, and global engagement leader with over a decade of experience across management consulting, geopolitics, and institution-building. She is Co-Founder & CEO of Sharstone Global LLP, and serves as Secretary (Trust Board) and Visiting Fellow at India Foundation. She has worked with governments, ministries, and multilateral stakeholders across 40+ countries, advising on energy, infrastructure, technology, and public policy. She has also led international academic collaborations and authored widely published research on Indo-Pacific geopolitics. An engineer by training, she holds an MBA in Finance and a postgraduate qualification in Corporate Strategic Management from IIM Nagpur.

Shashvat Singh is a policy expert with over 15 years of experience in climate, energy, and sustainable development. As Senior Fellow for Climate, Development, and Energy Cooperation at India Foundation, he has led applied research and policy integration efforts advancing India’s clean energy transition and the Sustainable Development Goals. His work spans national strategies, policy briefs, and international cooperation on climate action. An alumnus of the Institute of Rural Management Anand and the University of Pune, Shashvat was recognised as a Rising Star by NITI Aayog for his contributions to policymaking and thought leadership.

Previously, he served as a Research Fellow at India Foundation, leading projects on policy design, legal research, and international cooperation. A graduate of Jindal Global Law School (B.A. LL.B. Hons.), his work spans stakeholder engagement, institutional consulting, and AI governance. He is deeply committed to building evidence-based strategies that bridge policy insight with organizational growth and global impact.
